This installation is in the stairway connecting the dental
clinic on the first floor to the chiropractic clinic in the basement. This two
storey wall was the first installation with newly developed ‘Living Walls’ . As
well, it was a first, to have six planter umbilicals in the upper floor, in the
dental clinic connecting to the main ecosystem. With no breathing wall, this, as
such, can be called a passive system. None–the–less, the system very effectively
purified the air and in no way would anyone know that it was a dental clinic.

This was commented on by clients on numerous occasions. The
main ecosystem is composed of a beautiful moss covered waterfall going up past
the first floor, as well, it has a cork tree with misters to supports orchids,
bromeliads and air plants growing on it. This system is still running strong
today.
