University of Toronto Breathing Wall - 2005

Although not the largest, it is to date the most dramatic installation to date. The installation has examples of all the technologies developed so far by Genetron Systems and as such, is a show case for them.

The system even addresses the affordable issue, in that it has been designed to be delivered in two stages…..the  ‘breathing walls’ to be delivered as stage two. The room also has been heavily equipped with state of the art computer environmental control systems. It is hoped that the tool can be developed to measure air quality in real time……an instrument that does not yet exist in the market…..to then also clearly demonstrate the effectiveness of  ‘Breathing Wall’ ecosystems.
